Important Details for Laguna Seca

Please notice new 2008 regulations listed below.
Refunds:  Once your check is cashed for this event there is no cancellation or monies refunded.  If you have a legitimate refund excuse, we will issue credit for another event.

Here is the list of motels that we can endorse:  Ask for the “Green Flag” discount!

NEW 2008 RULES:

• Helmets shall be Snell 2000 or newer approved.  SA ratings are more appropriate than M ratings.
• Nomex gloves will be required of all drivers.  We have been letting drivers and passengers use Mechanics Style gloves to get introduced to using gloves.

Other Details:

• Checks will be cashed 2 weeks before the actual track date.
• Please FAX or mail your entry if you choose to PayPal funds.
• PayPal payment address is:  MontereyRacer@aol.com
• Race Gas will be offered at the track, using MasterCard or Visa.
• Food Vendors will be arranged at the track, meals are not provided.
• LAGUNA SECA is a muffled event.  Decibels of 92 will be required to meet sound measured at 50 feet from track edge.

ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Green Flag Driving Association is not responsible for your goods, belongings, or your actions at or near the track.  If you damage the premises, you will be responsible monetarily.
• Technical Inspection is merely a formality.  It is designed to capture only the obvious visible problems.  The real responsibility lies with the owner prep and evaluation.  Don’t bring your car if it isn’t safe!  Tech is at the track, there is no pre-tech.  Often times we tech the evening before.
